Stop The Bleed

Please contact classes@ironrescue.org to schedule a class for Stop The Bleed. Minimum class size is 8. Uncontrolled bleeding is a leading cause of preventable death in emergencies. Our Stop the Bleed Course equips you with the knowledge and skills to take immediate action in life-threatening situations. Whether you’re at home, in the wilderness, or on the job, this hands-on training prepares you to respond confidently when it matters most. In this course, you will learn:
  • How to identify and address severe bleeding.
  • Techniques to apply effective pressure and pack wounds.
  • Proper use of tourniquets for life-saving interventions.
Who Should Attend: This course is ideal for anyone—parents, outdoor enthusiasts, medical professionals, and everyday citizens—seeking essential life-saving skills. Duration: 2–4 hours Certification: Stop the Bleed Certification upon completion.

Our Stop the Bleed Course is available exclusively for private groups of at least 5 participants. To schedule a course, please email us at classes@ironrescue.org. We’ll work with you to coordinate a convenient time and location, bringing life-saving training directly to your group.
